At Doors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural investment; if your door doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, uninstalled condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Prepare the Door
Carefully repackage the door in its original protective crate or box, ensuring all hardware and installation kits are included.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Due to the size and weight of our products, use our portal to schedule a specialized freight carrier pickup from your residence or job site.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the door for damages or modifications, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
